Transitional provision

Article 2

Stocks of aromatised wine products labelled in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 6a(1), point (b), of Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 between 8 December 2023 and 18 February 2024 may continue to be placed on the market until stocks are exhausted even if they do not comply with the specific labelling requirements laid down in this Regulation.
