Repeal of Regulation (EU) 2018/956

Article 3

Regulation (EU) 2018/956 is repealed with effect from 1 July 2024. References to Regulation (EU) 2018/956 shall be construed as references to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex VI to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, as included in Annex II to this Regulation.
