Article 8
1. By way of derogation from Article 6, customs authorities may, under their full responsibility and in exceptional circumstances, instruct EU CSW-CERTEX to bypass the automated verifications referred to in paragraph 1 of that Article, and to amend, accept, or refuse, as appropriate, the specific quantities of goods described in the supporting documents. 2. EU CSW-CERTEX shall transmit the outcome of the actions referred to in paragraph 1 to the respective Union non-customs system.
