Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3170 (FEL) Article 9

Entry into force

Article 9

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, it shall apply to freight aircraft operators within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2023/2405 as from 1 January 2028.
