Confidentiality

Article 4

1. Members are bound by the obligation of professional secrecy and by the Commission’s rules on security regarding the protection of Union classified information, laid down in Commission Decisions (EU, Euratom) 2015/443 ( 2 ) and (EU, Euratom) 2015/444 ( 3 ) . 2. Members shall sign a written declaration of confidentiality at the beginning of their term of office.
