Article 5
1. Meetings of the committee shall, in principle, be held on Commission premises or virtually, depending on the circumstances. 2. The Commission shall provide secretarial services to the committee. Commission officials from other departments with an interest in the proceedings may attend meetings of the committee and its sub-committees. 3. The committee may, by a simple majority of its members, decide that deliberations shall be public. 4. Minutes on the discussion on each point on the agenda and on the opinions delivered by the committee shall be meaningful and complete.
