Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1253 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1, points (2), (3), (5), (8) and (12), and Annex I, Annex III and Annex V, point (1), shall apply from 1 January 2025.
