ANNEX IISupplementary provisions
ANNEX II Annex II (PART ATCO.AR) to Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is amended as follows: (1) in Subpart A, point ATCO.AR.A.010, the following point (ca) is inserted: ‘(ca) the issue, revalidation and renewal of STDI authorisations in accordance with point ATCO.C.005(b) and (c);’; (2) in Subpart D, point ATCO.AR.D.001(a), the following point (1a) is inserted: ‘(1a) the issue, revalidation and renewal of STDI authorisations in accordance with point ATCO.C.005(b) and (c);’; (3) in Subpart D, point ATCO.AR.D.005, point (d) is replaced by the following: ‘(d) In cases of suspension or revocation of licences, ratings and endorsements, the competent authority shall notify in writing the licence holder and the relevant air traffic services provider of this decision, and inform the licence holder of his or her right of appeal in accordance with the procedures established in point ATCO.AR.A.010.’.
