Conditions for the validity of fishing authorisations for Union catching vessels

Article 5

1. A fishing authorisation shall be valid for one Union catching vessel only and shall contain, at a minimum, the information set out in Annex III. 2. A fishing authorisation shall only be valid if the conditions on which it was issued are still met.
