Use of the ECG system

Article 8

Applications for export licences under Regulation (EC) No 116/2009 and this Regulation shall be submitted and processed by means of the ECG system. The decisions on those applications shall also be processed by means of the ECG system. The ECG system shall also be used for the storage and exchange of information between competent authorities and customs authorities of the Member States for the purpose of administrative cooperation.
