The equipment that forms part of the height keeping systems referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article shall— (a) be approved by the Chief Executive; (b) be installed, and maintained, in a manner approved by the Chief Executive; and (c) be operated in accordance with the procedures approved by the Chief Executive while the aircraft is flying in that airspace.
