The equipment that forms part of the height keeping systems referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article shall— (a) be capable of being operated so as to enable the aircraft to maintain the height keeping performance capability specified in respect of the airspace in which the aircraft is flying; and (b) be so operated while the aircraft is flying in that airspace.
