在第(5)款中 —— 獲授權保險人根據本條須負的法律責任的款額 (amount of the liability of the authorized insurer under this section)指某獲授權保險人根據本條變得有法律責任就該款描述的人所負的法律責任繳付的款額； 獲授權保險人根據某保險單須負的法律責任的款額 (amount of the liability of the authorized insurer under the policy of insurance)指某獲授權保險人如非因本條本會根據某保險單有法律責任就該款描述的人所負的法律責任繳付的款額。
