An Act to provide for the exclusion of notice of trusts in relation to stock held in Government loans.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requiresβ
βBankβ means the Bank servicing or managing any Government loan;
βGovernment loanβ means any loan at any time raised, or which may be raised, by the Government of Malaysia, or any loan raised before 1 April 1946, by the Government of any territory now comprised in Malaysia, in accordance with any written law for the time being in force, and which is serviced or managed by a Bank on behalf of the Government of Malaysia;
βstockβ means any stock or debenture stock issued in accordance with the terms of any Government loan.
No notice of any trust, expressed, implied or constructive, shall be entered on any register of stock or be receivable by the Bank in respect of any stock.
