Selepas sahaja Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa, tiaptiap kontrak yang pada hakikatnya dibuat untuk memperlesen pelakuan sesuatu perbuatan mengenai hakcipta yang tidak dikawal oleh hakcipta di bawah peruntukanperuntukan Akta ini hendaklah, jika dibuat sebelum Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa, ditamatkan dan tidaklah berkutkuasa lagi, dan hendaklah, jika dibuat selepas Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa, terbatal dan tidak sah.
