s 24 Lembaga may incorporate company
The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister and Minister of Finance, incorporate a company to carry on or engage in any activity approved or undertaken by the Lembaga for the purpose of this Act.

Lembaga boleh memperbadankan syarikat
Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan, memperbadankan suatu syarikat untuk menjalankan atau terlibat dalam apa-apa aktiviti yang diluluskan atau diusahakan oleh Lembaga bagi maksud Akta ini.
