s 26R Hak harta mengenai kayu, dsb., yang dilucuthakkan

Mana-mana kayu atau hasil penjualan kayu itu, atau mana-mana pengangkut, jentera, peralatan, kelengkapan, buku, rekod, dokumen atau benda lain yang dilucuthakkan atau diambil dan disifatkan terlucut hak di bawah Akta ini hendaklah menjadi harta Lembaga.
