Ketua Pengarah boleh melantik mana-mana orang yang berkelayakan untuk menjadi seorang juruanalisis bagi maksud menjalankan suatu analisis terhadap mana-mana kayu dan untuk memperakui gred, spesies, saiznya dan apa-apa spesifikasi yang berhubungan dengan kayu.
