Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 s 33
Any person who is guilty of any offence under this Act or the rules or regulations thereunder for which no penalty is specially prescribed is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Mana-mana orang yang melakukan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau kaedah-kaedah atau peraturan-peraturan di bawahnya yang baginya tiada penalti ditetapkan dengan khusus boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau keduaduanya.
