s 37 Transfer of powers, rights, liabilities and duties
All powers, rights, privileges, duties, or obligations that immediately before the appointed day were those of the former Board shall devolve as from that day on the Board.

Perpindahan kuasa, hak, liabiliti dan kewajipan
Segala kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, kewajipan atau obligasi yang dipunyai oleh Lembaga yang dahulu sebaik sebelum hari yang ditetapkan hendaklah mulai dari hari itu turun kepada Lembaga.
