Good Shepherd Nuns (Incorporation) Act 1973 s 5
All movable and immovable property situated in Malaysia heretofore held for and by, conveyed, assigned, granted, leased, transferred, transmitted to or otherwise vested in the Sister Superior of the Good Shepherd Nuns in Malaysia is vested in the Corporation for the purposes of this Act and subject to the rules for the time being of the Corporation.
Peletakhakan harta
Segala harta alih dan harta tak alih yang terletak di Malaysia yang sebelum ini dipegang untuk dan oleh, dipindahhakkan, diserahhakkan, diberikan, dipajakkan, dipindahkan hakmilik, dipindahkan kepada atau dengan cara lain diletakhakkan pada Sister Superior of the Good Shepherd Nuns di Malaysia dengan ini diletakhakkan pada Perbadanan itu bagi maksud Akta ini dan tertakluk kepada kaedah-kaedah Perbadanan itu pada masa itu.
