s 33 Cost of compulsory dissolution to be borne by Farmers’ Organization Authority
Where under any regulations made under section 35, any agro-based co-operative society existing at the date of commencement of this Act is compulsorily required to dissolve, the expenses of winding up of such co-operative society in consequence of such regulations shall be defrayed by the Farmers’ Organization Authority as if such expenses were incurred in the course of exercising its powers and functions.

Kos bagi pembubaran paksa hendaklah ditanggung oleh Lembaga
Jika di bawah mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 35, mana-mana koperasi berasaskan pertanian yang ada pada tarikh Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa dikehendaki secara paksa supaya dibubarkan, perbelanjaan bagi menggulung koperasi itu akibat peraturan-peraturan itu hendaklah dibayar oleh Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang itu seolah-olah perbelanjaan itu telah dilakukan semasa menjalankan kuasa dan fungsinya.
