Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute Act 1969 s 19
The assets of the Institute may be invested by the Board in investments for the time being authorized by law for the investment of trust fund: Provided that the Board shall not make any investment in securities issued or registered or other properties situated outside Malaysia except with the approval of the Minister of Finance.
Pelaburan
Aset Institut boleh dilaburkan oleh Lembaga dalam pelaburan yang pada masa ini dibenarkan oleh undang-undang untuk pelaburan kumpulan wang amanah: Dengan syarat bahawa Lembaga tidak boleh membuat apa-apa pelaburan dalam sekuriti yang dikeluarkan atau didaftarkan atau dalam harta lain yang terletak di luar Malaysia kecuali dengan kelulusan Menteri Kewangan.
