Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute Act 1969 s 22
No member of the Board or of the Scientific Council shall incur any personal liability for any loss or damage caused by any act or omission in the management or conduct of the affairs of the Institute, the Board or the Scientific Council, unless such loss or damage is occasioned by an intentionally wrongful act or omission on his part.
Pelindungan ahli Lembaga dan Majlis Sains terhadap tanggungan
Tiada seorang pun ahli Lembaga atau ahli Majlis Sains boleh bertanggungan sendiri terhadap apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh apa-apa perbuatan atau peninggalan dalam menguruskan atau menjalankan hal ehwal Institut, Lembaga atau Majlis Sains, melainkan jika kerugian atau kerosakan itu disebabkan oleh suatu perbuatan atau peninggalan salah yang sengaja di pihaknya.
