Farmers' Organization Authority Act 1973 s 15

s 15 Appointment of other officers and servants

(1) Subject to any regulations made under section 18, the Authority may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Authority may think desirable any person as Executive Officer and other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) No person shall be eligible for employment as an Executive Officer or officer or servant of the Authority who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Authority. (3) Any Executive Officer or officer or servant of the Authority who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Authority to summary dismissal without notice.
