s 13

Any person who commits an act of contempt as Penalty for defined in section 14 of this Ordinance against the contempt. Commissioners or any ,of them shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months. No. 2,7 dr 1950.
