s 16 Licensee to comply with licence

(1) The holder of a licence shall comply in every respect with the terms and conditions thereof. (2) Any holder of a licence who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years or to both, and to a further fine of one thousand ringgit for every day that the offence is continued after a notice by the Director General requiring him to comply with such term or condition specified therein has been served upon him.
