s 30 Power to prohibit use of any material or equipment

The Minister, after consultation with the Council, may by order published in the Gazette— (a) prohibit the use of any materials for any process, trade or industry; (b) prohibit whether by description or by brand name the use of any equipment or industrial plant, within the areas specified in the order.
