The Director General may retain any specimen or sample submitted to him for identification or analysis and may at any time arrange for the disposal of such specimens or samples in any way he deems fit, except that such specimens and samples shall be returned to the person submitting them if a request to this effect is made at the time of submission.
Ketua Pengarah boleh menyimpan apa-apa spesimen atau contoh yang dikemukakan kepadanya untuk pengenalan atau penganalisaan dan boleh pada bila-bila masa membuat apa-apa perkiraan bagi melupuskan spesimen atau contoh itu mengikut apa-apa cara yang difikirkannya patut, kecuali bahawa spesimen dan contoh itu hendaklah [Bah. V-VI, S. 17-191 PENYIASATAN KAЛBUMI peremibalina ya ke ben orsud deank aneie mulkak apaa mika ianya dikemukakan.
