Human Tissues Act 1974 s 1

s 1 Short title, application and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Human Tissues Act 1974 and shall apply throughout Malaysia. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister responsible for health may by notification in the Gazette appoint.

Tajuk ringkas, pemakaian dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Tisu Manusia 1974 dan hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri yang bertanggungjawab bagi kesihatan melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
