s 5 Act lawful before commencement of this Act
Nothing in this Act shall be construed as rendering unlawful any dealing with, or with any part of, the body of a deceased person which could have been lawful if this Act had not been passed.

Perbuatan sah di sisi undang-undang sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini
Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh ditafsirkan sebagai menjadikan tidak sah di sisi undang-undang apa-apa urusan mengenai badan atau mana-mana bahagian badan seseorang yang mati jika urusan itu adalah sah di sisi undang-undang sekiranya Akta ini tidak diluluskan.
