If it has been agreed between the partners that any restriction shall be placed on the power of any one or more of them to bind the firm, no act done in contravention of the agreement is binding on the firm with respect to persons having notice of the agreement. Liability of partners
Jika telah ada persetujuan di antara pekongsibahawa firma tidak akan pekongsi bahawa sesuatu sekatan hendaklah terletak terikat pada kuasa seorang atau beberapa orang pekongsi tindakan untuk mengikat firma itu, tiada apa jua tindakan yang pekongsi. dilakukan berlanggaran dengan persetujuan itu boleh mengikat firma itu berkenaan dengan orang-orang yang mempunyai makluman mengenai persetujuan itu.
