Suatu gerenti berterusan yang diberi sama ada kepada suatu firma atau kepada orang ketiga berkenaan dengan transaksi suatu firma adalah, dengan tidak adanya suatu perjanjian sebaliknya, terbatal bagi transaksi akan datang dengan apa-apa perubahan dalam keanggotaan firma itu yang kepadanya, atau mengenai firma yang berkenaan dengan transaksi yang mana, gerenti itu dıberı.
