s 28

(1) Where no fixed term has been agreed upon for the duration of the partnership, any partner may determine the partnership at any time on giving notice of his intention to do so to all the other partners. (2) Where the partnership has originally been constituted by written document, a notice in writing, signed by the partner giving it, shall be sufficient for this purpose. Where partnership for term is continued over, continuance on old terms presumed

(1) Jika tiada apa-apa tempoh tetap dipersetujui bagi jangka masa perkongsian itu, seseorang pekongsi boleh menamatkan perkongsian itu pada bila-bila masa apabila dia memberi notis mengenai niatnya untuk berbuat demikian kepada semua pekongsı lain. (2) Jika pada asalnya perkongsian itu telah ditubuhkan oleh dokumen bertulis, suatu notis bertulis, yang ditandatangani oleh pekongsi yang memberinya, adalah mencukupi bagi maksud ini.
