s 34 Dissolution by expiration or notice
(1) Subject to any agreement between the partners, a partnership is dissolved—
(a) if entered into for a fixed term, by the expiration of that term;
(b) if entered into for a single adventure or undertaking, by the termination of that adventure or undertaking; or
(c) if entered into for an undefined time, by any partner giving notice to the other or others of his intention to dissolve the partnership.
(2) In the last-mentioned case the partnership is dissolved as from the date mentioned in the notice as the date of dissolution, or, if no date is so mentioned, as from the date of the communication of that notice. Dissolution by bankruptcy, death or charge

(1) Tertakluk kepada sesuatu perjanjian di antara pekongsi-pekongsi, suatu perkongsian adalah dibubarkan-
(a) jika dibuat bagi suatu tempoh tetap, dengan tamatnya tempoh itu;
(b) jika dibuat bagi suatu duganiaga atau usaha, dengan berakhirnya duganiaga atau usaha itu; atau
(c) jika dibuat bagi suatu masa yang tidak ditentukan, dengan seseorang pekongsi memberi notis kepada pekongsi atau pekongsipekongsi lain mengenai niatnya untuk membubarkan perkongsian itu.
(2) Dalam hal yang terakhir disebut perkongsian itu terbubar mulai dari tarikh yang disebutkan di dalam notis itu sebagai tarikh pembubaran, atau jika tiada tarikh disebutkan, dari tarikh penyampaian notis itu.
