(1) The rules of equity and of common law applicable in partnership shall continue in force, except so far as they are inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act. (2) Nothing in this Act shall be read to permit any association of more than twenty persons to be tormed or to carry on any business in partnership contrary to paragraph 14(3)(0) Or tne Companies Act 1965. (1) Kaedah-kaedah ekuiti dan common law yang terpakai bagi perkongsian hendaklah terus berkuatkuasa, kecuali sejauh mana ianya tak konsisten dengan peruntukan-peruntukan nyata Akta ini. (2) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh dibaca sebagai membenarkan sesuatu pertubuhan mengandungi lebih daripada dua puluh orang dibentuk atau menjalankan sesuatu urusan yang berlawanan dengan seksyen 14 (3) (b) Akta Syarikat 1965.
