s 6 Meaning of firm and firm-name

Persons who have entered into partnership with one another are, for the purposes of this Act, called collectively a firm, and the name under which their business is carried on is called the firmname.

Orang-orang yang telah mengikat perkongsian antara satu sama lain, bagi maksud Akta ini, adalah dipanggil secara kolektif sebagai suatu firma, dan nama di bawah mana perniagaan mereka dijalankan adalah dipanggil nama-firma. [Bah. III, S. 7-9]
