s 13 Certificate of registration
(1) The Registrar shall upon receipt of the prescribed fee issue to any person, sole proprietorship, partnership or body corporate whose application for registration has been approved by the Board a certificate of registration in the prescribed form.
(2) Every certificate of registration, except the certificate of registration issued to a Graduate Engineer, shall, subject to this Act, expire on the 31st day of December of the year in which it is issued and may be renewed annually upon payment of the prescribed fee and upon satisfying such conditions as may be determined by the Board.

(1) Pendaftar hendaklah apabila menerima fee yang Perakuan ditetapkan mengeluarkan kepada mana-mana pemohon pendaftaran. yang permohonannya telah diluluskan oleh Lembaga suatu perakuan pendaftaran dalam borang yang ditetapkan.
(2) Tiap-tiap perakuan pendaftaran hendaklah, tertakluk kepada Akta ini, tamat tempohnya pada 31 Disember tahun ianya dikeluarkan dan selepas itu boleh dibaharui secara tahunan setelah dibayar fee yang ditetapkan.
