Factories and Machinery Act 1967 s 1

s 1 Short title

(1) This Act may be cited as the Factories and Machinery Act 1967. (2) (Omitted). (3) The Minister may by order suspend* the operation of the whole or any of the provisions of this Act in any State and may at any time thereafter remove the suspension.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kilang dan Jentera 1967. (2) (Ditinggalkan). (3) Menteri boleh dengan perintah menggantung* kuat kuasa kesemua atau mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini dalam mana-mana Negeri dan boleh pada bila-bila masa kemudiannya membatalkan penggantungan itu.
