s 37 Application for registration
Every person who comes into possession of any machinery in respect of which a certificate of fitness is prescribed, shall send to the Inspector such particulars in such manner as may be prescribed.

Tiap-tiap orang yang mendapat milikan mana-mana jentera yang berkenaan dengannya suatu perakuan kelayakan ditetapkan, hendaklah menghantar kepada Pemeriksa apa-apa butir mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
