Factories and Machinery Act 1967 s 4
(1) There shall be appointed an officer to be styled the Chief Inspector of Factories and Machinery and such number of Deputy Chief Inspectors of Factories and Machinery, Senior Inspectors of Factories and Machinery and Machinery and Inspectors of Factories and Machinery as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act. (2) There shall be appointed such other officers as may be expedient for the performance of such duties as may be prescribed under this Act.
Pelantikan pegawai
(1) Seseorang pegawai yang digelar Ketua Pemeriksa Kilang dan Jentera hendaklah dilantik dan apa-apa bilangan Timbalan Ketua Pemeriksa Kilang dan Jentera, Pemeriksa Kanan Kilang dan Jentera dan Pemeriksa Kilang dan Jentera dan Pemeriksa Kilang dan Jentera sebagaimana yang perlu bagi maksud Akta ini. (2) Hendaklah dilantik mana-mana pegawai lain sebagaimana yang suai manfaat bagi melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan di bawah Akta ini.
