Factories and Machinery Act 1967 s 9

s 9 Persons not to reveal secrets

Any person who otherwise than in the performance of his duties reveals any manufacturing or commercial secret which may at any time come to his knowledge in the exercise of any power or the performance of any duty under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Orang yang tidak boleh mendedahkan rahsia

Mana-mana orang yang selain melaksanakan kewajipannya mendedahkan apa-apa rahsia pengeluaran atau perdagangan yang boleh pada bila-bila masa diketahuinya pada menjalankan apa-apa kuasa atau melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan di bawah Akta ini adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan jika disabitkan, boleh didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
