s 104 Financial adjustment on transfer of Prai Wharf undertaking
There shall be paid by the Commission to the Administration or by the Administration to the Commission such sum by way of financial adjustment upon the transfer to the Commission of the Prai Wharf undertaking as may with the prior approval of the Minister be agreed between the Commission and the Administration or in default of agreement as shall be determined by the Minister.
