s 110 Widows’ and Orphans’ Pension

Every officer or servant of the Administration transferred to the service of the Commission under this Act who immediately before the appointed day, was a contributor to the widows’ and orphans’ pension scheme established under the Widows and sOrphans Pension Enactment of the Federated Malay States [F.M.S. Cap. 26] shall continue to contribute to the scheme and shall be entitled to benefit thereunder in all respects as if his service with the Commission were service in a pensionable office with the Government.
