s 14 Appointment of officers and servants
The Commission may from time to time appoint and employ, at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as it may think fit, such officers and servants as may be necessary, in the opinion of the Commission, for the purposes of this Act:
Provided that the appointment of a person to be the General Manager or Assistant General Manager shall not be made without the approval of the Minister.
