s 34 Scales to be approved by Minister

(1) The scales, or altered scales of rates, shall be submitted for the approval of the Minister, and after approval shall be published in the Gazette and shall thereupon have the force of law. (2) The Commission may, on special occasions, with the sanction of the Minister, remit the whole or any portion of the rates leviable according to any scale in force under section 32 or 33.
