s 70 By-laws and scale of rates to be printed and exhibited
The Commission shall cause the by-laws and the scale of rates leviable by the Commission to be printed in the national language and in English, and such of them as the Minister requires in such other languages as he directs, and to be exhibited at such several places on the premises of the Commission as it deems convenient.
