s 80 Saving of liability

Nothing in this Part shall impose any liability in respect of any loss or damage on the Commission in any case where no such liability would have existed if this Act had not been enacted. PART VI A EXTENSION OF THE FUNCTIONS, ETC., OF THE COMMISSION TO OTHER PORTS
