s 89 Penalty for throwing ballast, etc., into docks

Any person who throws or empties into any dock any ballast, rubbish, dust, ashes, stones or other refuse or things or does any act to prejudice any of the works of the Commission, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit.
