s 92 Penalties to be recovered before a Magistrate’s Court

(1) All offences under this Act or under any by-law made thereunder shall be tried by a Magistrate’s Court. (2) Every fine or forfeiture imposed by this Act or any by-law made thereunder, and all damages or other sums of money recoverable and directed to be paid, may be recovered upon complaint made to that Court, which, if it convicts the offender, shall adjudge him to pay the fine imposed, or damages or forfeiture incurred or sum of money made recoverable, as the case may be, as well as such costs as the Court thinks fit.
